Completely ignored by customer service
I have bought rings from this company a few times in the last 5 years. This latest experience has been atrocious.
I had had my ring replaced and they sent me the wrong size. It came with a silicone ring of the correct size but the actual ring was at least a half size too big. When I reached out to them to ask about a solution I was ignored. I have been trying to contact them, sending messages through various methods, for about 2 weeks now.
This has happened every 2 days or so. I have yet to even been acknowledged let alone talked to. They have apparently refused to give me the time of day. They'll take my money, send me the wrong product and then ignore me and hope I go away.
I will not go away. I will hound this shady company until they fix the wrong they have done to me.
I would also advise no one to patronize this company and encourage everyone they know to ignore them as well. They are terrible to their customers.
User's recommendation: Don't use this company. They hate their customers. We are just suckers that blindly send them money for whatever they decide to send us.
