Very Poor Customer Service

When I ordered online the website could not recognize my Friends account. The company discontinued telephone customer Service so I had to communicate solely and totally impersonally via email.

I was told I could not get my Friends Rewards that I had earned from online purchases in 2024 because the company apparently did not have the capacity!

I legitimately earned these rewards through purchases, and the company has my online purchase history for many years. Poor customer service and I will not purchase from this store again!

Difficulty with accessing my loyalty program for on line purchase

Trying to purchase in-line and want to access my Loyalty Program. However in processing the purchase, I get a message that says name entered is not recognized.

I am in Canada and I checked with my local store and their info is the same as what I entered. Are you able to assist me?

No customer service

I paid for express shipping and received a confirmation email with a tracking number. However, the shipping company had no record of receiving the items until five days after they said it was shipped. This was when the items were supposed to have been delivered by express shipping. When I contacted customer support, they denied that the items were not sent when the email was sent, despite having screenshots to prove that the delivery company did not have possession of the items. On the same day, I bought other items and chose not to pay for express shipping on my second order. This order arrived five days later.

A week has passed and I still do not have my items, nor any information about when they will be delivered. Northern Reflections is blaming the delivery company. I spoke with the delivery company, and they have still haven't received the items.

There is a lack of customer service and no accountability from their side. They have not even offered to investigate why this issue has occurred.
