Resolved: Dealler order issue
- - 34 m yacht based in Langkawi, Malaysia.
- - Sept 2022: 50 kW generator ordered with 70% cash.
- - No order confirmation or maker communications were provided.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They apologize and fulfil the order .
In September 2022 , trough Malayisa Northern light dealer , we order a 50 kw Northern Lights . We pay down payment of 70% in cash for the order . Unfortunately from September onwards we ask from the dealer, Mectra Synergy to provide a order confirmation /booking number or anything to prove that they place the order for us , however they not provide any .
Then the dealer, last week, drop us an email and saying that there will be major delays on delivery of the generator until February 2023 !
They said that the maker delay the delivery , and its nothing to do with them . However our office did a short investigation and it's looks like the dealer, Mectra Synergy never place the generator order !
After this point , we are not sure how to proceed as Mectra Synergy they don't provide a order conformation , any communication with the maker ,and from now they delay the delivery claiming that the maker did it .
It will be so much appreciate if you can spare some minute and assist us to resolve this matter .

how can I get a new bottom sheet?

- - About 1 year later the bottom sheet tore; they want a replacement bottom sheet.
I made a purchase of Queen sheets at Qvc order number 655634**** on 5/20/2021 .They were blush and 500tc. they match my bedroom color perfectly and very soft!
I did use them right away because I had my bedroom painted. So now after around a year they started to feel thin. And then they got big holes in the bottom sheet!! I can not use the sheet it just shredded apart.
But the pillow cases and top sheet are fine.
Qvc discontinued them I guess because every one had problems.I have had sheets for over ten years and never had a problem. How can I get another bottom sheet ?
