Please do your self a favor and do not try to make any deal for repair/projects with Northern Illinois Construction. Gentleman by name Rob Groh sounded very professional and quick to respond even got an estimate that looked better then anyone else proposed looked professional for sure .
We put down $350.00 towards our project and as soon as money got to him (PayPal) we were given all kinds of run around.
Started with Home Depot not delivering concrete (and that is already was a sign that things won't be good -Home Depot has never delivered anything late, or if something was unclear always have a credit or got everything fixed up next day) then there was a Court date Rob suddenly had to attend, lawyer meeting next then his crew truck broke down then he had to meet with lawyer again in regards of his child s custody then again lawyer then had to pick up his kid and then it took him 3days to get product him self from Home Depot ....on and on and on...I did sign contract on 09/13 completion date was scheduled for 9/16 . So finally on 09/24 we gave him last chance to get this right and he could not even do that . Asked him to send receipt from Home Depot showing purchase date and something showing they cancelled delivery that did not happen. So 09/25 we did ask him to pay us back through PayPal since he did not complete work as agreed and could not provide documentation he was asked to provide .
Of course there was no refund as he promised.
So now we have 30days to wait on PayPal decision on refund. Not sure what will happen but the only choice we had now to file complain and wait.
