I am very disappointed from the unsafe environment at Northeastern Illinois University by endangering students' lives when allowing outside cult transpass the school's premises and recruit Northeastern Illinois Students to their cult. I saw and listened to the conversation of the Phillipino group when the Phillipino group had a meeting in the basement.

A Romanian fat *** guy and his old *** Polish boss with name ending on "ski" were present. The Romanian guy said that the Phillipino women from the group he married without knowing her has bipolar disorder with maniac episodes and shizophrenic hullicinations which she displays toward his mother when his mother came to the United States to help him with his kids because his wife neglects his kids, sits all day on the couch to watch TV, does not cook or clean in addition to making their house so.. cold during the summer due to her hot flashes. He also said that he is paying all the bills while his wife is saving her money, and that his wife does not want his mother to ever again come to the United States.

The leader of the Phillipino group told to the Romanian guy that he should not have any connection with his mother, and he should not support his mother financially, and he should not bring her ever again to the United States because he should obey his wife and the " church" believes. The group members also told the Romanian guy that he needs to keep paying all the bills because he is the head of the family. The Romanian guy also said that he can not stand his mentally ill wife, and he wants to divorce her. However, the group leader told him that he should be married to his wife forever because the "bible" says this, and that he should keep paying to the "church" 30% of his salary in order to get saved and go to heaven.The Romanian guy also said that his mother has sent him to United States to be with his father when he was a teenager in order to safe him from the lack of food and from the HIV epidemic in Romania.

He said that kids in Romania have been getting HIV from being injected by other people' s donated and unchecked blood in order not to be given food. He said that his father has been having many women, and that his father does not approve his choices. The leader of the group told the Romanian guy that he should lose any connection with his father because his father does not live by the "bible" rules, and he should not financially support his old father; but he should continue to give 30% of his salary to the "church" in order to get saved and go to heaven. The Romanian guy thank the members of the group for the "great" advices and he said he will do as what they say ( this were his words).

I am so discussed of how someone can get so brainwashed to the point that he allows some mentally ill people abuse his mother, and they prefer to support financially a cult without supporting financially and emotionally his parents and without to have any connection with his parents who have nurtured him in the best possible way. The Romanian guy should be thankful to his father for wanting and allowing him to come to the United States and for supporting him while going to school without the Romanian guy to have worked.

Many students work since 17 or even 16 years old to support their single parents. However, all the Romanian guy said he writes on his resume for this time is that he has managed a building because that' s what his father' s job has been.

The purpose of writing this message is to provide advice to the general public to stay away from any people who have taken the Northeastern Illinois Leadership Program. The reason about this message is to pinpoint that NEIU leadership program does not focus on the fundamentals of leadership at schools and creating a positive working environment based on mutual respect and caring.

It teaches people how to commit freud and corruption instead in order to receive more amount of money for grants. It also teaches people how to stay on safe side once they are in leadership positions by using the ones they point to be their victims as a scapegoat. In fact, this idea is very highly adapted by the NEIU people in leadership position who have attended the NEIU leadership program. Any highly qualified program would teach that people in leadership positions need to be accountable for their actions and acknowledge their mistakes in order to be created a positive working environment, which is missing at Northeastern Ilinois University culture and leadership program.

In addition, any highly qualified leadership program would teach people that it is essential that the first rule for the leaders is to support any new employee by introducing the new employee's credentials, such as education and experience, to other employees at the school in order to help them with their credability and create an environment of respect toward the new employee, which is what is missing at Northeastern Illinois University culture and leadership program. However, what the Northeastern Illinois University leadership program teaches people is to degrade and humiliate the new employee by allowing other employees in lower level position or without the education and experience of the new employee to abuse, bully, and have control over the new employee who has higher level of education and much more experience in the given field than the bullies. This idea is very obvious aming the Northeastern Illinois University people in leadership position. In fact, they create and implement this backstabbing technique behind the new employees' back without the new employees' knowledge that the person in leadership position who has taken the Northeastern Illinois leadership program allows people without the education and experience in the given field to bully the ones with significant education and experience in the given field.

This backstabbing technique is understood when the victim and the bully go in the leadership office and the bully acknowkedges what has happened behind the victims back without the new employee' s prior knowledge during which meeting the administration blames the new employee for not being adapted. The Northeastern Illinois University leadership program not only teaches people how to use their subordinates as a scapegoat, but also how to provide threats to the new employee if the new employee expresses concerns about the bullying backstabbing techniques and the freud/ corruption created by the people in leadership position who have taken the Northeadtern Illinois University leadership program. This idea is very obvious among Northeastern Illinois University leaders and the Northeastern Illinous University culture.

In other words, Northeastern Illinois University leadership program creates sabbages. Thank you for reading.

One significant example of employees' civil rights to be deprived by Northeastern Illinois University is the fact that they are not willing to give unemployement to the people who have been laid off. To facilitate their scam, the staff members at the Human Resource Deparment are telling laid off staff members that they either need to look for job or they can go on unemployment in order to create confusion when everyone knows that people are looking for a job during their unemployment; there is no such "either or." In fact, these human resource staff members are exactly the same people who are not willing to provide benefits, medical insurance, to full- time employees when everyone knows that by law companies are obligated to provide benefits to full- time employees, and people have been told by the hiring committe during the interview process that they will have medical insurance.

However, instead of providing benefits to full- time employees, the human resource members tell people " you will have your own insurance," which are the exact words of the human resource staff members whenever they are asked for the benefit package. Consequently, full- time employees are forced and harassed to sign up a paper stating that they have their own insurance if they want to keep their job.

The school is harassing people to sign this paper in order to stay on safe side for not providing benefits to the people to whom they should provide benefits. The above situations are a very good example about the politics and culture of the Northeastern Illinois University.

My complain is about the insurance freud committed by Northeastern Illinois University when filing their tax forms to IRS. I received a letter by sender Northeastern Illinois University, although on the form it is stated that it is from IRS, that Northeastern Illinois University has provided me with insurance where I have paid about 70 dollars per month.

I would like to confirm that the claims of Northeastern Illinois University are false. I was not provided with any medical benefits by Northeastern Illinois University, and I was not provided with any form that the school will provide me with medical insurance where I will pay 70 dollars per month.In addition, I have not signed such a form. Furthermore, Northeastern Illinois University has indicated on their taxes that they have provided me with medical insurance until the end of the 2016 year when they have stopped everyone' s benefits about half an year early due to the budget of Northeastern Illinois University. However, I have been having my own individual insurance during the entire 2016 year where I was paying about 500 dollars monthly fee plus additional medical expenses.

In conclusion, the Northeastern Illinois University employees would need to ensure that Northeastern Illinois University has not indicated on their tax forms that they have received insurance from Northeastern Illinois University if they had their own insurance. Northeastern Illinois University is committing this freud in order to pay less taxes for 2016 or receive more money for 2016.

There is a Romanian guy working in the Psychology department who keeps taking Northeastern Illinois students to his house for bible study. I was one of these students.

When I went to his house, I met with his wife who said that she works in nursing home, and she is nurse. I shared with her that I am very severly bullied at Northeastern Illinois University due to my cultural background because I am from Syria.However she started to label me with all kinds of deseases without to have studied or have any license in this area of expertise and without considering the bullying I experience at Northeastern Illinois University. She made me so hopeless and depressed, considering that my sibling has been uplifting my spirit when I have been sharing my frustrations about the bullying I have experienced at Northeastern Illinois University. Because the wife of the Romanian guy practices illegaly in areas where she has no license, she should be placed in jail; in addition, her license needs to get suspended forever.

Instead of having bible study with the Romanian guy, he was trying to convince me that my church is a cult. He was also trying to convince me to go to his church.

I am personally victimized by a Phillipino cult at Northeastern Illinois University. Some of its members are not Northeastern Illinois University students.

When I was passing by those people, a Romanian guy asked me where I work. I told him that I am technologist. After this he asked me how much money I earn. After answering this question, he started pushing me to join their cult by saying that if I join it, they will pair me with Phillipino female from the cult to marry who I have never met before.

However, he said that I need to give to the cult 30% of my earnings in order to maintain my membership, and I need to cut my connections with any family members who do not want to join the cult. I am sure that this guy is Romanian because he was speaking with Romanian accent, and he started calling me some Romanian name which is not my name. In addition, he introduced me to his cultish friends with this Romanian name.

After I told him "No thank you," he said to me "A loser and garbage like you does not have any place in the United States, *** immigrant. You should go back where you have come from." He also encouraged his friends to bully me and kick me out of th United States, which led to their own discussion why I do not want to go back where I have come from and that I should do it.

Northeastern Illinois University is forcing students, whose financial aid is taken away, to give half a Million dollars to Northeastern Illinois University to compensate for the school' s lost grant. Northeastern Illinois University also treatens students that they will get expelled if they do not donate money to the school.

Instead of forcing students, who survive from meat ends, to compensate for the school' s lost grant what about if the people in the administration decrease their salary with 60 percent or 70 percent. Considering that the people in the administration receive more than 100,000 dollars yearly salary, they will still have money for living expenses even if their salary is decreaded with 60 percent or 70 percent. They will also learn how to respect the less fortunate ones. Because there are so many people in the administration at Northeastern Illinois University, decreading their salary with 60 percent or 70 percent will compensate for the lost grant.

The left over money will be used to be returned the financial aid to students, from which the original financial aid was taken away. There will also be money left to be returned many people, who have already been laid off, back to work.

There is philipino cultish group which is recruiting Northeastern Illinois University students to become a member of their group.I have seen this group having weekly meetings in different parts of the school. Several times they were forcing me to join their meetings.

They call themselves a church group.

When I refused them politely by telling them that I have my own church, a Romanian guy attending their meeting who is a staff member at the psychology department started calling me "you are the Satan" which were his exact words. I have seen this Romanian guy to work in the psychology department.

I obtained my Leadership Graduate Degree from Northeastern Illinois University. While attending classes there, I was surprised by the strategies instructors teach students about how to steal government money in illegal way, and how to use their subordinates as a scapegoat and deprive them away from their civil rights. I would not recommend obtaining Leadership Degree at Northeastern Illinois University.

This semester was my first time taking classes from the psychology department due to my minor in psychology. I was very disappointed when I personally witnessed how instructors start to label students since the beginning of the semester in front of everyone else without to have had any sufficient conversation with those students.

These actions from instructors talk a lot about the level of professionalism and the level of maturity of the staff members in the psychology department. These sutuations also show the type of ideas people with psychology degree brainwash the psychology students: to use their degree in order to put others down.

During the first day of the class, the psychology instructor started bullying female Syrian student in front of everyone in the class. In addition, he stated in front of everyone that the given student is from Syria.

This situation made her the center of bullying and race discriminatation. I do not think these actions of the instructor can be justified to be fair considering that the student has been working hard to get to this point.

Former employees of Northeastern Illinois University are victims of deformation of character considering the fact that Northeastern Illinois University has a history of employing criminals in administrative positions who perform illegal actions, and cops who sell drugs and are drug addicts, and the administration using freud in receiving grants. Messing up with people's lives in every step people make is another example of Northeastern Illinois University being socially unresponsible, in addition to the fact of how Northeastern Illinois University is kicking people out of the buildings where they have lived or had their restaurants for the past 20 years in order to built their dorms on the location where people' s premises and homeowner's apartments are.

That's just so...sad how Northeastern Illinois University has not been responsible to consider how their socially irresponsible actions can have negative and long term consequences on people's lives, and how much effort they need to use in order to start their business from scretch and have new customers comming to their new location. If people don't want to leave their premises, Northeastern Illinois University is treatening people with kicking them out of their premises and placing them in jail.
