Northeast Auto Auction- car literally stank

Bought a car through Ebay through local dealer. Was out of area at the time (child going through chemo treatments. Sounded and looked good. Dealer offered warranty. I go and pick up car after depositing 200 as per Ebay contract and find out inside of car smells like manure and upchuck. Owner says he does not have to disclose smell and I did not ask. But I did tell him of daughter's sensitivity of smell and asked if previous owners smoked? He said no. Lost 800 dollars for a rotten egg of a deal. Dealt with owner Gary.Thanks.
