I want all these banks removed! What kind of people they have running there location, I had insurance put on a vehicle I need Received and had to pull out the car lot with no insurance no longer on my own personal vehicle I want to do a formal complaint.

Since 2 wk i bought suv been put off by dealerships in my city. In sept 2017 i finally was able after. Calling MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. ..supposely NSTAR DODGE fixed my issues ? NOT EVEN.. Now am tol again to come back 3rd week of jan.2019 for a fuse i paid. N didnt auth to replace and problem is not fixed to my 12v dc outlet not working n window cleaner repkaced now missing a connector. Also not working. Help.MGR is toi busy n they messed up my hubcap n blame me that i hit a curb..

THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR 4 DAYS, NOTHING RESOLVED
I TOOK THE JEEP IN TO NORTH STAR DEALERSHIP (SAN ANTONIO, TX) ON TUESDAY, 07/21/15 AT 7:00 A.M. SAM, AGENT SAID 2-3 DAYS MAX. 4 DAYS LATER, NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. ON 4TH DAY, SAM SAID CAR NOT READY. MECHANIC LOST PART, HAD TO RE-ORDER. DEALERSHIP CLOSES AT 6 P.M. I WENT THERE IN PERSON AT 5:30 P.M. TO CHECK STATUS. AT THAT TIME, SAM TOLD ME THAT OUT OF 3 RECALL ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE RESOLVED, ZERO WERE DONE. I SPOKE TO NOE HERRERA, MGR. WITH NOTHING RESOLVED THERE EITHER. I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A NEW JEEP, BUT, WILL CERTAINLY NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
