Two thumbs up for service department!

Service department was so helpful, informative and courteous they made it a very pleasant experience! Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else!!

THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR 4 DAYS, NOTHING RESOLVED

I TOOK THE JEEP IN TO NORTH STAR DEALERSHIP (SAN ANTONIO, TX) ON TUESDAY, 07/21/15 AT 7:00 A.M. SAM, AGENT SAID 2-3 DAYS MAX. 4 DAYS LATER, NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. ON 4TH DAY, SAM SAID CAR NOT READY. MECHANIC LOST PART, HAD TO RE-ORDER. DEALERSHIP CLOSES AT 6 P.M. I WENT THERE IN PERSON AT 5:30 P.M. TO CHECK STATUS. AT THAT TIME, SAM TOLD ME THAT OUT OF 3 RECALL ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE RESOLVED, ZERO WERE DONE. I SPOKE TO NOE HERRERA, MGR. WITH NOTHING RESOLVED THERE EITHER. I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A NEW JEEP, BUT, WILL CERTAINLY NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
