Took two weeks to ship item that website listed as shipping next business day. Didn't ship until I disputed payment. Tried all contact methods with no answer. Avoid

User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost!

The sale was very smooth and one of the 3 items I purchased came from an outside source very quickly. I can't install the opener that I received without the sprocket kit. It's going on 1 1/2 months now and I can't get a hold of anybody most of the time and when they responded to one of my 6-7 emails, it was with a tracking link that was invalid, and they won't respond again. I got through on their live chat and was told they were going to look into it but that was 5 days ago and I've heard nothing back. Trying to get a live person on the phone is a joke as well.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and second delivery problem. 1st time they seemed to have lost my order and after a couple of weeks I called and they finally got off their caboose and shipped the part. 2nd order they shipped the wrong part and seem to be putting up walls to keep from correcting the issue. Phone people are ridiculous and seem to be reading from a book script. Don't want to talk on the phone and tell you to go to web site and submit the problem for a quicker response. 4 days later I can an email asking for pictures of what I received. People answering the phone are rude and do not seem to be interested in talking with you unless you are ordering something.
