Took two weeks to ship item that website listed as shipping next business day. Didn't ship until I disputed payment.

Tried all contact methods with no answer. Avoid

The sale was very smooth and one of the 3 items I purchased came from an outside source very quickly. I can't install the opener that I received without the sprocket kit.

It's going on 1 1/2 months now and I can't get a hold of anybody most of the time and when they responded to one of my 6-7 emails, it was with a tracking link that was invalid, and they won't respond again.

I got through on their live chat and was told they were going to look into it but that was 5 days ago and I've heard nothing back. Trying to get a live person on the phone is a joke as well.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and second delivery problem. 1st time they seemed to have lost my order and after a couple of weeks I called and they finally got off their caboose and shipped the part.

2nd order they shipped the wrong part and seem to be putting up walls to keep from correcting the issue. Phone people are ridiculous and seem to be reading from a book script.

Don't want to talk on the phone and tell you to go to web site and submit the problem for a quicker response. 4 days later I can an email asking for pictures of what I received.

People answering the phone are rude and do not seem to be interested in talking with you unless you are ordering something.

I ordered springs for my door and they sent the wrong ones. Trying to stand behind their no refund clause on springs.

I agree with other reviewers and think this is a scam company. The springs they sent are weak garbage compared to the ones that I am trying to replace. I have contacted the company and they have been no help. I can't believe I was scammed - I didn't look for reviews on the company before ordering.

Don't be scammed always read companies reviews before ordering from anyone online! I will find every complaint board possible to warn people about this company.

I am disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully I will get my $$ back - but I still want to warn everyone else as it isn't worth the hassle dealing with this company! BEWARE!

I wanted to share my horrible experience about Northshore Commerical Door Company. We went onto their website, bought a part, paid extra $30 to have it in two days and its 5 days later and still not here.

I could not get through for a whole day. Once I did get through, they guy did not care and said the part I ordered was not able to be shipped in 2 days.

I asked for the 30 refund he said no. They are clueless and he just said, "sorry we can not do business with you" Do not shop here, go somewhere that has good business ethics..
