Disagreement with a branch
- Account closed after 7 years on a false accusation.
- I was told I have a lawsuit.

They closed my account after 7yrs falsely accusing me of using a racist word when I said ignoramus which is slander and defamation and I was even advised that I have a lawsuit. The alleged false allegations should have been investigated before my account was closed without being contacted or my knowledge finding out online especially when there wasn't ever a safety issue since nothing was said or done to the bank employees or illegal and it was Capital One that I was on the phone with in the lobby that said that they didn't have an issue with what was said to their representative. No bank should close any customer's account or treat a customer like this after 7 years and want to warn others of their poor customer service in that they don't care about you and are only a number.
