no response from animal hospital-could care less. they just keep sending ads-almost to antagonize

I called N Royalton Animal Hospital because my dog needed medical help right away. They said bring her right out and leave her and the doctor would see her between patients. Went right out and saw several people in the front work area. One said they would be right with me. I said I would sit down so they new where I was. I had just had 2 strokes the week before and was very weak and light headed. It took everything I had to get her there because she is my beloved family member who needed medical attention. After about 10 minutes and no help I called out and asked if anyone worked there-no answer. I know they did because talking with a sales rep, talking on the phone, playing on the computer and getting the right thing to drink was the answer. I was getting, weaker, sicker and more worried about my poor dog. I got up and left for the emergency clinic and they took us right away. By this time I could barely stand but my baby needed help. When I came home there was a message on my answering machine from N. Royalton-I called back and was promptly put on hold. When that person came back she asked who I was even though I had just identified myself. She asked if I wanted to speak to her supervisor-no-just more waste of MY time. This uncaring, disinterested front office staff is a disaster waiting to happen. No matter how good the doc might be-the wrong info forwarded by the incompetent, overpaid, airheads in the front office could easily result in the ultimate TRAGEDY! I can only hope this group needs medical attention themselves one day and they get the same attention they give. Medical attention to a loved one is of the utmost importance and these people act like they work at a discount store. This facility is no discount and you would think they could easily afford quality people. I am glad I did not leave my precious family member there-I have nightmares thinking about what could have happened to her and they still would not care. Avoid this place at all costs. Used to be excellent but they are living on past rewards-medical care should be there priority, not carnivals and a hundred prompts on their phone system. There are a lot of vets around, make sure you find one that cares about your loved one as much as you do-not here!
