BUYER BEWARE - These people are not trust worthy. They took our money, performed substandard work, and installed a lower graded granite than that selected, broke the granite as it was being installed, damaged private property, and then left the job incomplete.

We FULL PAID for the cabinets in January. They are not professional. They were unable to complete our project. We made every possible attempt to get them to honor the agreement but after SEVEN months the job remained incomplete.

We ordered and paid again for the missing cabinet pieces that North Florida Granite was paid but refused to deliver, AND we paid another contractor to repair and install what was remaining on the job. They told us we would receive reimbursement for the installation costs since they couldn't figure out how to get it done. Lies! So after paying top dollar: we have scratched cabinetry, the wrong, rough, cracked, and improperly installed granite.

North Florida Granite are NOT professionals, NOT punctual, NOT responsive, and they aren't even cheap. Run away.

I am unhappy because North Florida Granite did not honor our agreement. They provided Substandard performance, incomplete job, bait/switch of granite, broken granite, and lack of reimbursement as agreed.

Preferred solution: North Florida Granite agreed to reimburse the cost incurred for another contractor to complete the installation they were unable to finish. They have since refused payment. Additionally, we incurred material costs we wish reimbursed.
