I have described tape on Windows to stop AIR, even ICE on double hung, ALL 3 pane!! The 4 people come in for 10-15 min quickly out.

One just pushed on the large 8x4 slider in living room, towel on curtain to seal bottom. Need HELP!!

have a window with the scratch. window still not replaced yet. quality of window not worth the price.

We had 3 2 lite sliders installed in the daylight area of our basement where the bedrooms are. The wood grain matched very well, the install only took half a day, and the room is much warmer now in the winter.

Windows made by Park Avenue windows & doors 3700 Haney Court Murrysville, Pa.15668 were installed by North Country Windows & Doors 4700 Bair Avenue Suite A Lincoln , Ne 68504 in 2016 having several manufacturing defects, they sent out another set, but they had the same defects,(poor quality workmanship on outside corners, grids with dark spots when sun shines on them,visible cracks in interior glass separators, see photos) so we did not accept the replacements.

ncw would not respond to our further communication attempts so we reported them to Better Business Bureau, who notified us that since ncw were not accredited they could do nothing. We then reported them to Nebraska Attorney Generals office to which ncw told them we had reached an agreement, which was a false statement.

ncw then offered a different window style via correspondence to the Attorney Generals office and gave us 6 months to decide. We responded to them in the alloted time by certified letter on July 26,2018 and have heard nothing more from them as of Oct 17,2018.

The guys were very professional an cleaned up there mess .

everything fit just right and showed how to open the windows. Just had the windows a couple of days but it has made a difference in the house.

It happens all the time. The windows can be shut And flies still get in. I hate flies and I think these windows for the price that I paid should be able to keep a fly out.

We have had so many problems with service. 1.

After they received first half of check we had to call several times just to get an install date as we were concerned that we were already paying on the loan but never received any product or even a date to advise when out would be installed. Then we finally got a date scheduled for install, no one showed and no call. Second install date, crew arrived late and went to lunch an hour later stating work would be completed that day. Of course it didn't get finished and weren't going to return to complete job until almost a week later (with some windows in without insulation...in the summer).

Talked them into coming back 3 days later. 2. During install, workers removed window and left opening unattended without notifying anyone or securing area, toddler almost ran out opening. 3.

Installers damaged screen during installation. Advised would have replacement 2 weeks later. We are on 2.5 months later, a large number of phone calls later, and still haven't received screen. Everyone seems to point fingers at others and gives excuses or states it's on is way to being delivered and never shows.

No one seems to have any concern to resolve issue or provide any customer service. 4. During install, one contractor obviously had no idea what he was doing, and attempted to nail window in by shooting air gun into window frame rather than into wood to firmly hold and attach window. There are about 30 (not exaggerating) holes in the window frame that had to be puttied over to hide holes.

For being such a pricely expense you would think they would take better care of their customers, but once they received their check from the bank we have had nonstop problems. Recommend going anywhere else just to avoid the hassle of dealing with these people.

Bought windows the last week of August with the promise that they would be installed in mid October. When the middle of October passed and we called them we were told that they would be installed the week of Thanksgiving.

When we didn't hear anything and called them again they told us it would be the first week of December. When that date arrived I was told it would be the first part of January. We finally got most of the windows installed the third week of January. At that time we were given two 500 dollar checks for a discount for all of the troubles we had.

When we cashed the checks Joe had stopped payment on one of the checks. Real classy way of doing business.

You can not believe a word that Joe tells you. He will tell you anything to make a sale.

Called twice how did they get my number, heard it was a rip off and poor quality.

Every time they call I tell them I am on the do not call list take my name off. Do not call. do not call do not call. they just don't understand do not call. so aggrevating do not call how hard is it to take a persons name off there list.

*** me, thought drawing for free windows actually meant a chance to win windows. Instead it meant the company not listening to you saying "not for 6 months" and calling you to come give you their sales pitch. First the guy gives me attitude because I said I wasn't getting windows for 6 months. His attitude was that I was wasting HIS time. His second attitude was about whether or not I can pay for windows he is looking to sell me. After his pitch and sales *** I don't know what happened but I ended up signing. Then he had the nerve to call the finance person trying to get me to go through them, like I need to be paying more banks

NO WINDOWS I WANT, WINDOWS THAT ARE EASY FOR HIS GUYS TO INSTALL & AT HIGH PRICE. HALF MONEY DOWN BEFORE WINDOWS GET MADE.

I HAVEN'T PAID ANYTHING PUTTING OFF THE WINDOWS YET BUT THEY SEEM TO HAVE MADE THEM ANYWAY.

I GET A CALL TELLING ME THE WINDOWS ARE ALMOST READY. THEN I GET A CALL FROM THEM THAT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL TELLNG ME THEY WANT TO INSTALL THE WINDOW AND PATIO DOOR ON FRIDAY.

IF YOU WANT NO SAY IN WHAT WINDOWS YOU GET OR HOW MUCH YOU PAY OR WHEN THEY GET INSTALLED THEN YOU MIGHT LIKE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING AND PAYING AND HAVING ANY SAY IN WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES AND HOW MUCH OF IT IS SPENT THEN NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY.
