SCAMMING JOKE, DISHONEST, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and IGNORING. FYI, they also go by the address of 22555 Greenfield Rd, Southfield, MI 48075.
Do NOT confuse it with the reputable North American Van Lines, which was the costly mistake I made. This is a brokerage company for moving services, not actual movers. They contract with scamming companies, namely All Year Moving and Storage Inc in my case. Unfortunately, when searching for a moving company, this one is sponsored so it popped up first to collect my contact info, and over the next 2 days, several employees hounded me for my business.
The reps pretended to be accessible 24/7 via calls, emails, and texting, but after I paid my first deposit, I did not hear from them until TWO days before my moving day to take a final inventory, which meant an additional $4,000 was owed because the original inventory count was substantially underestimated. This gave me no time to sell my furniture to reduce the cost so I rushed to give away hundreds of dollars of items. A random new rep, Anna Harris, was then assigned to the case, and she was distracted with texting while on the phone with me; when called out on it, she was offended. Then I desperately called, texted, and emailed her over the final 2 days before moving, but she ignored me until it was time to collect the second/last deposit.
After that, this company wants NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU as they ignored all forms of communication as I was now the problem of the contracted moving company. They never explained the vital terms of the contract, which caused me to suffer when dealing with All Year Moving and Storage Inc. It has been 23 days, and my stuff has not even left the city I came from.
Living out of my suitcase and having to repurchase a lot of things has been frustrating and costly. Please heed from my horrific experience from ***

They scammed me out of $679.43
The North American Moving Company LLC address in not emphasized enough 22555 Greenfield Road, Southfield Michigan 48075.
North American Moving Company 22555 Greenfield Road did not move me, instead they took a deposite of $697.43,, and refused to me back my money. They are scammers. The customer rep: name is Danielle, she's a crooke
I was scheduled to move out of town on May 31, 2023. On May 30, 2023 North American moving company confirmed that they were going to move me on May 31, 2023 from 10am to 1pm, after 1:30pm they didn't show up, after 1:30pm they said that they were on their way, but they in Maryland 4hours away, they still didn't show up, after 5pm, no show, this company didn't show up at all after taking a deposite of $697.43.
The next day on June 1, 2023 the moving company stated that they showed up, and they argued about taking photos and showing up at my apartment, they said that the police was called.
They went on and on supported by nothing, but lies. Do not trust this moving company, because they are scammers.
