The term pissed customer is a false representation of what transpired. I take this websites name as a gross exaggeration of my experience.
All my phone calls are recorded and as this message for legal purpose. I tried to relay that i needed to speak with a norse airline representative. Apparently they don't exist. I went on a long research voyage to get a phone number to contact norse airlines.
It doesn't exit. Any customer that paid for services with this airline is not entitled to choice their concerns with the airline even if the airline messed up. My brother paid for premium seats . Norse lost those tickets.
Put him in coach. Told him that they were sorry. Said they would give him a meal and free stuff off the menu. We had an 11hr flight.
It was supposed to be 10 and we left on-time and didn't have any obstacles in our was and landed an hour late. My brother paid for a meal. But since they lost his reservation and a person has to ask for a meal 24hrs prior. My brother got sent to coach and had no meal.
The free stuff to make up for the mistake was not given. He had to purchase food prior to the flight because he knew your airline would not be true to its word. Which is money he shouldn't had to spend and should be compensated for it.
You have no Customer service number. Only am email.
It's obvious your company sis this on purpose so not to deal with innocent customers that had a issue. This email is recorded. As is the conversation with your staff. It will be a record of how you deal with your customers in an accurate light.
The time where corporations can get away with things is over. Everything is recorded. Conversations with the flight staff and how rude they were and how dismissive the manager was we told him of our real issues were all recorded. It's called a phone.
We can record everything.
Now this is a public review, I encourage more people to not be taken advantage of. Write a review.
Do not take a flight from a company who has no customer service number. So you can't get taken advantage of if something goes wrong with your flight.
