ACT UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW

THEY COMMITTED SERIOUS CRIMES. THEY ALLOWED SUSPECTS WHO ARE NOW IN PRISON FOR MURDER AND ATTEMPTED MURDER AFTER THEY RETALIATED ON A WITNESS WHO TOLD THEM THE TRUTH, TO GO FREE ON CHARGES WHERE THE SAME SUSPECT ATTEMPTED TO SHOOT AND KILL A PERSON, TWICE IN ONE DAY.

THEY MANIPULATED TESTIMONY, THREATENED OTHER WITNESSES, CHARGED THE VICTIM IN A CRIME COMMITTED AGAINST HIM. THIS HAS YET TO COME OUT AS IT CAN BE WELL PROVEN. WHY ARE LAWYERS SCARED TO GO UP AGAINST THEM?

THEY NEED FAVORS FROM THE COURTS, SO IT'S BEST TO GET AN ATTORNEY OUT OF STATE FOR THIS. CORRUPT WITH PROOF

Norristown Police Department Beat My brother For Nothing

On Jan. 21,2014 @ about 15:00 hr The Norristown Police Department came to my parents house located @530 Kohn st Norristown pa 19401 for a fight going on.

Myself Georgeann Scotti and my brother John Scotti got into a heated argument. We both came into our house The N.P.D tried to just walk in, when clearly on our upper left window it states "beware of dogs" They yelled into our house saying they were going to shoot our dogs.My father and myself took the dogs out side. NPD presided to come in without proper authorization by pa law a law enforcement has to have proper cause to inter a residential housing unit. N.P.D had no cause to inter our housing unit.

My mother who is has cancer all over her body was in our living room in her hospital bed, also my 3 young children where inside the unit. I made it a wear to all Norristown police officers who came into the unit that our mother is really sick and that my 3 children where up stairs with my brother. N.P.D persided to walk up the stairs in our home. My brother was not resisting arrest.

They tazed him five times, kicked, punched, beat, and then threw him down the stairs in our unit. My children saw the N.P.D beat their uncle Johnny in the face. They witnessed the whole beating.Do to these dramatic event my children are scared of the police and are scared for life. I repeatedly ask the police can i go get my children " they said no shut the *** up or you are going to jail too, for what not wanting police brutality going on in front of my 3 young children?

At this point i pulled my Samsung metro pcs cell phone out and started to record the situation at hand.

You can hear my brother begging them to stop he was in cuff and they still beat on him. As the N.P.D drug him to the police car they upper cut him in the face several time ( i have it on video) they mashed his face into the car you can hear the N.P.D tell my brother John Scotti who could barely walk do to all the high voltage tazer let alone talk to get the *** car.I will not stop calling people and place for help to get justice for my brother.I will be taking my children to get a physical evacuation and physiological evacuation.

Norristown Police Department has been getting away with crimes themselves. It is time they become under a complete investigation and the corrupt officers removed before it is too late.

I don't know why they never look into the complaints people have filed against them. We don't have an internal affairs department to go to so what ever was done had to go thru Chief Bono who allowed them to act this way.

They have gotten away with this for so long it really seems they are untouchable.

Who called the police? When you both went into the house were the cops outside?

Were they asking you to stop so they could talk to you? Was the fight outside?

Did the cops witness the fight? Lots of unmentioned details here.

We aren't to sure on who called the police. No there was no cops outside when we both went back into the house.

The norristown police didn't see myself or my brother until the came into our unit. yes the fight was out side and no the police didn't see the fight they only had what they where told.

There is more to this story than you are saying. IF your brother was upstairs and you were downstairs you don't know what went on upstairs, other than what your brother and little kids have told you.

Your brother would tell you anything to sound perfectly innocent and your little kids more than likely aren't real sure of what they had seen. I would assume you and your brother would be smart enough not to get into a heated argument IF there were small kids around-----think of the example you were setting for them. As far as that goes the fact that your mother was allegedly in a hospital bed in the living room doesn't have anything to do with your complaint. What was the reason the police wanted your brother?

It would have been nice if you had told that part of the story. They don't just break into a house when nobody answers the door without having a good reason. Why didn't anybody answer the door when the police arrived?

It would have been nice to know why that wasn't done. Tell us the rest of the story.

i was at the bottom of the stairs where i could see my brother at the top.I havent seen or talked to my brother since tuesday when they drug him outside then beat him more where the whole block of Kohn st was a eye witness to it...I have done what i need to to get everyone names and address to witness. Who doesn't get in to a heated argument with here brother or sister at one point in life?

If you can say u haven't ur an only child or far from normal....My mother dying of cancer and in the living room as all to do with it when The N.P.D looks her in the eyes and tell her they are going to tazer her the *** too. for what laying in bed asking them to please stop beating on her son.....My father answered the door and told them we have to put the dogs out side before you can come into my house. The N.P.D opended the door and said we are going to shoot ur dogs. Think of the example the Norristown Police Department set for my kids it is ok for the law who is here to help you to beat on you for nothing and then put you into jail.I did tell you why they wanted my brother they had a call of two people fighting.and since i know this person im talking to is a undercover law person.you should Know it all.As i said before my father answered the door when they arrived at our unit.

every thing was done the right way from our part. Just so you know you are talking to a law student....I might live in the hood and not have the most money but i know my right and my brother and the Norristown Police Department was in volication in so many codes.

If you are a law student you need tutoring in writing skills or you will never graduate.

Detective David Crawford from Norristown Police Dept could not catch a simple thief

Someone entered my house and took my jewelry and cash and I lodged a police report. Detective David Crawford was assigned to my case.

He came and 'interviewed' a few people and closed the case. When I asked him to give me an update on his investigations, he told me he could not disclose them, even to the victim!! He told me flatly that he could not catch the thief because he had no 'proof'. Seems to me that thieves are smarter than the police!!

The police are supposed to protect the good people, not the criminals! So thieves can never be caught?

My burglary case was solved, also investigated by Det. Crawford.

He told me only 13% of burglary cases ever get solved. If I had that kind of success rate at my job, I'd go bonkers from the frustration.

I'm sure it wasn't for lack of trying but lack of evidence. CSI isn't real.

gerald claude

Not sure how you draw the comparision of not being protected...just becuase the outcome was not what you desired....you obviously were smart enough to have insured the items .....right?

Courtnie Vei

For what you expect you need a psychic or a crystal ball. You should also quit watching detective shows - real life is nothing like that.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe there isn't any proof of any one person stealing your items? Did they find any fingerprints.

Could you prove that you actually had items stolen? I would be willing to bet the police are still working on the alleged case.
