They won't match prices

really nasty and will not match prices

and its an old discontinued model

The Snark Clip-On Chromatic Guitar/Bass Tuner makes tuning easy and fun! It's got a full-color display that rotates 360 for easy viewing, along with a sturdy clip that ensures it stays put on your headstock.

Affordable, small, easy to read/see, multifunction (and I bought the base model blue - cool vibe), easy to attach to head stock (no mar, no scar) - and DEAD on in the tuning. I wish it had an audible "CLICK" in addition to the included heartbeat for keeping time "metronome." Looking forward to purchasing the black one that is multi-voice tunable! INCREDIBLE Product! I had been grooving on using the smaller Fender tuners in the past; for bass and guitar....not anymore!

Hi,

This is Jason, the owner of Norm's Music. I just came across this negative review and wanted to apologize and explain that we just recently hired a new employee and he wasn't aware of our policy on matching prices.

I don't see him as the type of person to be nasty but that being said, we normally would have matched the price.

If you come in and ask for me I will give you the tuner for free as a way to make up for the misunderstanding. If you would like to call me, my number is 718-376-****

Thanks.- Jason

No good anymore

The Norm's used to be good. The "cool music guys hang-out" sort of a spot, you know.

But these days, their instrument selection is not interesting anymore, and some of their employees' attitudes plainly st1nk. This one your jew1sh boy they got is full of hot gas, obnoxious, all negative and makes it obvious that he's there to get people's money - nothing else. As a sales person he st1nks, and he is allowed to work there. Although I have been a long-time customer there, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Let them keep that obnoxious boy to themselves as a door-stop.

When they take your instrument for some work, they never finish it when promised and make you wait or you have to come back. This is no kind of service that I would be paying for.

Hi,

This is Jason. The owner of Norm's Music since February 2012.

I'm really surprised to read this review and would love to try and fix whatever problem you have with our store. Our goal is to provide a friendly neighborhood environment to our customers.

We actually have a better inventory then we ever had. Our service department usually turns guitar repairs around within 2-3 days.

Please give me a call and ask Jason. I would like to try and make it up to you.

Norm's Music Store--Prepare To Be Ripped Off

Stay away from Norm's Music Store on Kings Highway Brooklyn. They will rip you off. Took my Korg Piano for service..was told it was unfixable, too costly to fix so i should buy another one.

Didnt believe him..I paid $70 for the "required" bench fee and took the same piano to NYC (Maggio Music)for repair...2 days later sounds were reprogrammed and for month's this piano continues to work..was only $30 to fix.

Norm's is a ripoff..Stay away and go to the city for any repairs/sales..Do not got to Norm's Music. He is not the Good guy in Music..RIPOFF !
