Im really sad that they took for granted of customer service
- Drove off with a defective tire.
- Alex Garcia: not to worry, they'd fix it.
- Bought a brand new car in Jan 2019.
- Tire light Apr 2019; fixed after a day.
I drove out of the dealer with a defected left front tire, I told the saleman, Alex Garcia, he told me there was nothing to worried about, they will make it good, that was in Jan 2019, in april 2019 I been having problem with the tire light kept coming on so I brought the car back, after a day, they told me they did fix it.
I should never accepted the car that defected, I really regret that I did that, I bought a brand new car, they are not good to me.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
