They wouldn't let me return the irons.
- - Ordered one iron, received two and was charged for one.
- - The iron was heavy; the same deal was run again and the return was denied.
I ordered one iron, got two, charged for one. It was very heavy for me, so I knew I would not use it, but I missed the deadline for returning.
They did the same deal again on View Your Deal on The View, so I wrote to see if I could then return them.
No, was the answer—even though they were out the money for the one they sent by mistake. Really ridiculous to have such rigid rules.
User's recommendation: Be quite sure you want to keep the item you are ordering, because you get a very limited time to return it, if you can even find the address, because they do not include any information about that in the package.

Have not received Christmas order placed on Dec. 12th!!
- - Order placed over two weeks ago and never arrived.
- - Ridiculously slow service and a nonexistent customer service number.
This product was ordered more than two weeks ago, and I have never received it! This is ridiculously slow service!!
In addition, when you try to reach them at the supposed customer service number, you are told that it is a nonexistent number and call cannot be completed!! The service from this company is non-existent!
