I paid for a two-year subscription a few days ago and have made numerous attempts to cancel it but with no success. Trying to contact them is impossible. I'd avoid subscribing to the app - One star is far too high

Not happy and feel duped
When I applied for NORD, I applied for service on a monthly basis. I was charged $110.53 for 2 years on November 20 2023.
I never requested a 2 year subscription. I wish to cancel this subscription and request a complete refund.
