Paid for assembly but I've had machine for almost 3 weeks and no assembly. Can barely get freight company on the phone. Everything is texting because "they're so busy". I tried to get Nordictrack on the phone to return it but they left me on hold fo 30 minutes.People who brought machine to house broke it so I've been waiting on a part AND assembly. My husband bought this for me for Christmas. We were told that we would get it by the 22nd but it was lost by the shipping company. Then when they sent out another one the company that they outsourced to deliver and then set up for us refuse to get in contact with us to set a date. Bought treadmill in NOV 2016. Was supposed to be able to Bluetooth you tablet and heart rate monitor. Just bought a new tablet and tried to sync following the instructions. Instructions refer to a button that is NOT there. I check manual online to find whole section about Bluetooth to be gone. I look at ad and it has changed as well.
