A complaint from a very disappointed customer. A week ago i ordered a nordgreen watch from Tata Cliq luxe and on 4th June 2023 i received it.

After unboxing, paying a hefty sum for the item, what i received is a Damaged-non working watch. It was soo damn frustrating to see all my wait going in a pit. How can you possible put your damaged goods in the market. People suffer the ends because of your chain of negligence.

I don't want anyone else to compensate me for this but you. This is your brand, so should take the charge for any sufferings from goods to the customer no matter what medium is opted for buying.
