- - Customer claims Norco overcharged for a CPAP machine and supplies.
- - Says buy supplies on Amazon at half price and not to buy from Norco.
Twice Norco has ripped me off with the cost of a cpap machine and it's supplies. Do yourself a favor and buy the supplies on Amazon for half the price they charge you and your insurance.
And God forbid never get a machine from them. 476 dollars in "rental" for a machine you can buy for 900 online.

Bad service
- - Poor customer service after Sam Medical sold.
- - Registration for client had to be done twice.
- - No human answered for re-orders; promised 24h, not met.
Sam Medical sold out to these folks, so we gave them try. It was a mistake.
They have some of the worst customer service I've experienced.
I am a caretaker for a person with dementia. I jumped through the multiple hoops to get my client registered. I had to do it twice for her to finally show up in her system. Then I was given a number to call for re-order I never talked to a human.
I left my name, my client's name and her order. The message said I would hear from someone in 24 hours. 48 hours later I called again and left the same information. Still no response.
I finally called customer service and was told there was no order in their system for my client.
Worst, worst, worst company I've had to deal with in a long time. Too bad Samaritan is promoting them.
