Very poor service, must always call, to get supplies, supplies never send on schedule, never asked what I need for replacements.

I was told they would send an email the week before supplies were do, so I could tell them what I needed. I have been with Nor Cal since 2016.

To this day I have never received an email about anything, not even about my supplies. Every time supplies are do it s up to me to call . Supplies always come late. Most times I need to call 2x or more.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE U.S.A. It was once something for a CO. to be proud of. YOU SERVE THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT TO BE SERVED.

I'm sure when they BILL Medicare THEY want to be PAID quickly. I have been IDENTIFYING their problems and nothing has changed .
