Never received order!
I never received my order and have no way to contact anyone about it. Tracking information never came through. Scam!

Very upset
I received a notice that my products were delivered, after over a month of waiting for them. I hadn't left the house in a week, so I would have been here if they were delivered.
No delivery. I finally got a hold of a person through "chat". They told me to check with my neighbors. My neighbors would have delivered me the package if that was the case.
I told them that. That person cut off our communication and I can't get a hold of ANYONE.

Ordered a couple of products December 1, 2023 and have not received them yet! This is a shame and the website should be accountable for refunds!

I ordered two stick vacuums on October 29th and never received them.
Tried to use website with order number and email address used when ordering.
Vicious loop. No help.

I did not get my full order
I have been writing this company for a year requesting my purchases or refund. They keep assuring me the items will be reshipped.
Nothing came. Now they refuses to respond after i sent messages on all of their social media platforms. I want all my money back plus the items!
This is against the law to take money and not deliver. Investigation is needed.

Regarding the pending order
I received a message asking if my complaint is resolved but I am very confident to tell you that I have not received yet my item, though I received a message from noracoly about last month assuring me that my item is already on it way, so am hoping to have collected it by now, and since this is not happening I would like to claim back my money. I hope this can be resolved in no time.

I paid £93.29p to Noracoly for 3 dresses on 23 August 2021
I have tried to contact Noracoly and they will not answer our complaints .we have sent emails to complaints department still no reply . I have requested a full refund still no reply, we still do not have the dresses that we ordered
If you used PayPal, contact them and they will refund your money. That's what I did
My precel has not been delivered yet
I just wanted to confirm why one out of my two items has not been delivered yet. I ordered both of them on the 5th of August afternoon however only one item has been delivered so I would like to know what is going on with the other one.

I belive this is a scam occurring through $heik Men's Clothing store on 1140 Commerce Center Dr Inside Sol Plaza Boutique Mall L12 - 14 Michigan AVE, Lancaster, CA 93534. I ordered some items online on Dec.
11th, and they arrived at their address although I live 5 hours up north. Later on, I have read that the website (noracoly.com) was not real and there have been many people scammed as well. My package tracking app shows that items arrived at that specific location.
I clicked on the link through TikTok, and believe they are in business with a larger scam going on through China, since that is where it says my package was coming from. I'm not sure what could be done, but I thought this should be shared.
