Lights under warranty how to resolve

You guys suck! I have written to you several times and called but never hear back.

I have 5 lights with dimmers that are Nora lights and dimmers that have not exceeded 50 hours of use and have burned out. They were used by my contractor for a fire total loss rebuild in 9/2022, and we moved in in 11/2022.

The lights are rarely used on an art wall and have already burned out. I need to have them replaced immediately.

Really Bad customer service

Had a fire rebuild, put in Nora lighting with a dimmer the lights were installed for an art wall in 9/22/2022 we moved in 11/04/2022. Never used the lighting until 09/2025 and only once a month for a few hours.

Total use about 60 hours. 2 of the lights have burned out and the regular 4' lights throughout the house has 5 others out. The lights have a 5 year warranty.

Called the company, emailed and never get a response. I will suggest to my contractor and anyone else to not use Nora lights for this reason, Bad customer service.
