Plugs will not reset wifi. All on line procedures do not solve the issue. Days gone by two day response times.

I am fed up with these working one day and not the next. No one will call me to fix or discuss options. I have had nooie devices for over 2 years now and sadly disappointed now with how they are acting and the extremely non existent help from anyone at your company
