To whom it May concern,

The order came from Noodle Box on February 25 (Sunday) with order number 6027 4****. It was 6:15 pm when I went to the restaurant.

When the package was prepared and delivered to me, the time was written on it as 6:20 pm, but the time was 6:40 pm. When I saw this, I asked the relevant staff what this watch meant. He said, "This is the time we delivered the package to you." I told him that this was not the current time. I said, "When I receive the package in this way, it will seem like I delivered it late to the customer.

This is not right." I said, "There may be a negative feedback in the customer evaluation, but it is not my fault, why are you writing the delivery time wrong?" The relevant personnel said to me, "Skip is *** us." I told him, "This is not my problem, are you reflecting this on the drivers?" and I took the package and left the restaurant.

On March 9 (today), an order came from Noodle Box again. (I don't have the order number because they canceled the order, but it was around 4:20 pm). When I entered the restaurant, the same Noodle Box employee told me that I was banned from Noodle Box and could not receive the order. I also contacted Skip the dishes support service.

The support service gave me the same information and said that you have been banned by the restaurant. When I asked the staff why I was banned, he said please go out and if you continue talking, I will call the police. What kind of offensive treatment is this? At that moment, he threatens to call the police on me in front of the customers.

I also complained to Skip the Dishes about this issue. Although there was no argument, no disturbing behavior, etc., just because I asked a question and told him that he was doing something wrong, the restaurant staff personalized the incident and threatened me with calling the police when there was no such situation. I've been doing delivery work for about 3 years. I have never had a problem with any staff, including this restaurant.

It's not a problem for me that I can't order from Noodle Box, but it wouldn't be fair if a staff member banned me so that their mistakes wouldn't be exposed. As Headquarters, I hope you will be interested in this issue and I wanted to present this issue to your information.
