I wish to eliminate two of three orders just placed today.
I tried to place a subscription order for Nooru Advantage, but it did not appear to go through, so I tried to place it a second time. Both times, it did not appear to complete, so I placed a one-time order which was finally successful.
I then received emails confirming that all orders were successful.
I would like a refund for two of my orders. I wish only to keep a single subscription order.

I have never received my order.
I continue to receive numerous promotional emails attesting to your product trying to get me to order more of a product I have not had the opportunity to try.
I am anxious to hear from a company executive to explain to me what happened and how you plan on rectifying the situation.

Caking in the packs of your product
All of the noobru that I have ordered when I open the packages to pour into my glass of water, I have to physically
cut open and scrape the product out which is impossible to do without losing much of the product on the
packaging needless to say I am a very dissatisfied.

Resolved: NOOBRU IS A SCAM - DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
THIS IS A SCAM
I placed an order and the checkout page did a weird thing with my address - it deleted my street number. I did not receive an order number or an email confirmation - but my card has been charged.
I emailed them straight away to tell them what had happened.
No response.
I placed another order - same thing happened.
They don't answer emails.
THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DISHONEST SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
