Poor customer service
- Bought expensive wood floor in 2016; issues fixed with a stain pen, but four years later a defect is confirmed and they won't help or warranty.
WATCH OUT for this company!!! They do not take care of their customers!!
We purchased an expensive wood floor back in 2016. We reported issues in the first year and we were given a stain pen to fix it. Now, 4 years later, the problem has gotten worse. They have sent techs out to look at it and every one has agreed the floor has a defect.
Now, they just called and said, we are not willing to help you and your on your own. BEWARE and I would recommend you do not use this company if you want any sort of customer service.
We have splinters coming out of the flooring and even their installers said the finish is bad on the material we received. They have decided to not provide any customer service or warranty their product.
