I told you inform people up front that they will need $1 $2 $3 $4 $5 or whatever before you ask any questions from them

User's recommendation: Be notified up front that you have to send them money in order to speak to someone regarding your situation my debit card was compromised and so I tried to use another card but I knew it didn't come on until the first of every month in my car that I had coming takes two to three days to arrive so I think you guys should let people know up front that money is needed up front whether it's $1 $5 $10 or whatever
