Not happy with the service
- - Booking 5868**** was cancelled; I need options to change, refund, or cancel.
- - No same-day option was provided; only 21/02/203 is listed.
This is my upcoming flight booking no 5868****, i got a mail stating that the fligh is getting cancelled on that day, and i need to change/ refund/ replan?/ cancel. But they haven't provided any options for me to fly in the same date.
But i must leave on the same day. Actually it's on 19/02/2023 , But the flight is available only on 21/02/203 which I cannot stretch.
And kindly revert back when customer s mail your company. Because we have paid for the expected service.
Preferred solution: I want to get the flight on thr same day that is 19/02/2023 with out any extra payement.
