Broken bracket only few months old and no longer for sale
- - It's out of stock and restock date is unknown.
- - They offer a gift certificate instead of a different bracelet, delaying a resolution.
It's out of stock. I don't know when it will be back in, so they want to send me a gift certificate instead of a different bracelet. That means waiting on the gift certificate and still not getting my original bracelet or one I like in return.

- - I ordered Sept 9 during online sale; the free sapphire and dragonstone bracelet was promised, but I never received it and got a pink and blue Picasso.
I ordered September 9th at the start of the online sale. The free gift that was offered was a sapphire and silver dragonstone bracelet.
I spent double the required amount to receive it. At checkout it listed the item. It way longer than normal to be delivered. When I finally received it, the Invoice also stated That it was my free gift.
But I did not receive it. I received a pink and blue picasso Which I already ordered. I am pissed they just threw whatever in. I am a longtime customer.
Who has spent lots of money! If a customer in Sweden who ordered it at the same time And received her order and posts it Than I should h.g Ave received it as well. Repeated emails and pictures Have not gotten any response. I am beyond luvid!!
Thus company gas a recent record of poor customer service and bad business practice.
I want it made right!! Give me my product!!
