Fraudulent attempt my credit card

I Jibran Khalid Siddiqui living in Karachi, Pakistan. I have been cancelled my credit card but today @. 8:58 am a fraudulent attempt made from my credit card for any online payment from USA. Please investigate the matter on most urgent basis and let me know your findings. It's my legal right. Someone was trying to pay any amount through my credit card credentials details on NOGGIN but decline due to card was blocked. Please investigate this matter and let me know who is trying to attempt my card details. Waiting your favorable response in this regard. Ref.# NBOWKTD
