No order updates

I'm sharing this as a warning for others considering ordering from Noggin Boss. I placed an order on January 30th and paid extra for 3-day shipping.

As of now, I have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. This was not a custom order. I emailed the company on February 3rd and have received no response. I have also tried calling their customer service number multiple times, but it goes straight to voicemail.

At one point someone named Paul picked up and said we had the wrong number. At this point, I have no way of knowing whether my order has shipped at all.

If anyone has successfully gotten in contact with Noggin Boss or has advice on how to reach someone, I'd appreciate the input. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about paying for expedited shipping.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. Discount for delay delivery it took 3 weeks. Email.

How does it take 2 weeks to get your shipment? If it's too much for you to handle, then maybe hire more people.

No updates at all!

I agree!!! I ordered mine on December 7th, paid for 3 day expedited shipping.

It said my expected date to receive was Dec 16th and I didn't even get a shipment email or nothing!

Talking about maybe on Christmas, i didn't pay to get anything on Christmas. They're scammed that have false advertisement!

Same! I ordered in the 8th and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.

I should've ordered from nfl shop but I figured ordering directly from website should be fine. Any updates on your order?
