I placed an order for my 49er Red (L/XL) on 12/06/23 and nobody is responding after 12/11/23 I feel like my money just got taken because I have not recieved and update or tracking number and its almost been 14 days already I have already waited patiently for 2 weeks and have not I am getting Very Concerned because I feel like I got robbed by Noggin boss right now and I will report this company for Fraud if I dont get a Status update or tracking number by the end of the week this so unacceptable and I feel unappreciated by your company.

Same! I ordered in the 8th and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.

I should've ordered from nfl shop but I figured ordering directly from website should be fine. Any updates on your order?
