Took money and didnt do project!

I've tried for over a month to contact these guys. I have two phone numbers and an address, neither of which seem to be good.

Basically my wifes aunt gave them 2k to start a project, then her son had a stroke and it took 6 months or so to get him out of hospital and into a care facility. She understands that that is not convenient for the builder. At the same time we were expecting some kind of response and get the project greenlit again. He no longer lives in the home but we want to have the work done before reselling.

But these guys have not bothered to respond. Took the money and disappeared.

NO STARS. Im driving to Greeley to go directly to the address today.

We completely understand the frustrations with this situation as it is never an easy task cancelling a project after material had been purchased. The material sat at home Depot for months awaiting pickup as it was online only product once picked up it is non refundable.

I will be more then happy to make some time to deliver the material that was purchased for the job, we purchased the tile, mortar , grout, the custom curbless shower pan and plumbing fixtures. I did look back and see your last email, I'm sorry I missed it but I have only received a single email stating your aunt cancelled the project. Please email me again and I will coordinate getting your material together and ready for delivery and we can get your aunt a check for whatever is remaining.

Don't use this company. Don't show up when they say they are, made a mess and didn't clean it.

Didn't haul off the trash they left.very inconsistent. The so called owner,Jake, would often throw his employees under the bus. Very dissatisfied. Now i need to hire someone else to finish what they promised.

Waste of time and money. A 3 week job took almost 3 months.
