The Honulu store closed and ive been waiting for a gift card refund and it almost been a year

Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

The gave me another number ti call 800214**** for egiftify. When the card was purchase it was from giftx so i got redirected back to nobu to be asked again for my name number and email...

for the 20th time. Again and again and again. It just keeps going in a circle...

$200 is a lot of money to just throw it away... and im tired of getting *** around.

The waikiki restaurant in Hawaii has closed and i have a $200 giftcard that i cant use. I tried multiple times to reach out to the company and no one has helped meits a great place to eat tho

Bad service and cold food

I ordered about $260 worth of food at nobu and before walking out I asked for plastic wear. Workers said there was some already in the bags.

After driving to our air bnb 35 minutes away we noticed no spoons or forks or knives a cold and overcooked steak an a huge whole lobster with toppings just sits with no utensils to chop it up with and eat it. I called to complain not to get a refund and they couldnt do anything besides apologize and say it was a misunderstanding.
