I ordered a set of luggage and canceled the order and received a partial refund after management promised a full refund
I ordered a set of two suitcases and then changed my mind so I contacted the company and asked for a refund. I was offered a discount if I wanted to keep the order so I said sure I would.
Then, they told me they would be refunding me the money to go put a second order in to get the discount. I received a partial refund. (Minus $68.48) So, I kept after them to receive my refund. They finally said I would receive my refund.
But it never appeared. I contacted the BBB and they never received a response from Nobl travel. I have tried repeatedly and keep getting told theyll escalate it to management and never hear a word. I finally had to pay off the loan for the $68.48 myself because they refused to pay me my refund.
I would never ever recommend this company or their products!
They suck and even though they say they offer a lifetime guarantee on their suitcases I can almost guarantee they wont stand behind that! They suck!
