What an amazing way to help women all over the state feel more confident. I had the privilege of visiting the physical location/suite in Miami and the kindness, price points and willingness to help me makes me a forever customer!
Family ran, private and accommodating, I was able to find the perfect matches. I got the seamless bra, bbl shaper and black tank one piece.
Please bring back this location. :)

Resolved: Awareness
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The replacement product just showed up today.
I ordered shape wear from this company and when I received it there was mold and white spots all over the top. I didnt even take it out of the package it was so covered.
I immediately emailed the company for a refund and got the return label. I still have not received a response over a week later.
I sent 4 emails, 3 customer service complaints directly to the site, and 2 chats that stopped responding after the automated response. Still no response or label for return.

Merchandise proble
Made a purchase order for 69.00 on 11 September 2022. I paid for the shipping as well to be expedited and this company has NOT created a tracking number system to whereas I can find my merchandise. Please respond with the information regarding this issue, or my credit union will be contacting you about taking funds fraudulently!!!

Defective Product
I received a defective product and the customer service number given doesnt help... They do not get back with you to rectify or even to communicate period... Lost three potential customers bc of my experience...

Bad Customer Service - do not buy anything online
Owner had the incorrect sizing chart on website and shipped out the wrong size. Informed owner of the issue and inquired about a refund or sending back the product.
Owner declined and updated website to correct sizing after bringing to her attention. The owner declined any further communication to resolve the matter.
