Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The replacement product just showed up today.
Still no response
I ordered shape wear from this company and when I received it there was mold and white spots all over the top. I didnt even take it out of the package it was so covered.
I immediately emailed the company for a refund and got the return label. I still have not received a response over a week later.
I sent 4 emails, 3 customer service complaints directly to the site, and 2 chats that stopped responding after the automated response. Still no response or label for return.

Please respond with the information regarding this issue, or my credit union will be contacting you about taking funds fraudulently!!!
