Improvement
Its too bad that No Risk SEO's employees did not handle customer service as well as their owner did. After I left poor reviews on here and yelp the owner called me personally and apologized for the way my company was handled and offered to do as much as he could to make things better.
He refunded me 50% of my original account setup fee, I did not ask for nor require a full refund. I do hope that my experience was a one off and that they do treat their other customers with more care.
Sadly it is after the fact for me.

NO Risk SEO Marketing
I hired this company to do online marketing for me. After taking 4 - 5 months to setup a Google shop account that was a total failure, they switched to PPC Google ads which were ineffective as well.
I and my partner tried several times to get feedback about what strategies they were using for the ads. After two months of costly ads and no feedback, I terminated my account.
I left them a fair review on yelp.com and then the CEO Jason Hawkins, contacted me and threatened me with a lawsuit if I did not remove my review. I spent $300 with them to set up an account and over $500 on useless PPC marketing with Google.
