Will not repair system
- - Emails and calls about installation problems; no date to fix.
- - System started 11-11-2020; poor service and warranty; regret NM Solar Group.
NM Solar group has made arrangements to come here and address my problems with their installation on 12/30/2020. We will see if this holds up.
I have sent numerous emails, phone calls explaining the problems with their solar panel installation and cannot get them to give me a date they would come out and fix the problems, even though I have asked this question twice. So much for their customer service and warranty.
The system was turned on 11-11-2020. Wish I had done my research before I allowed NM solar group do this installation.
