NL Wilson Moving - Horrible Customer Service Experience

NL Wilson was contracted to move our personal belongings. The pick up was efficient and professional. However, NL Wilson failed to deliver our belongings on the agreed upon date, due to mechanical difficulties. During that time, communication was less than ideal. They failed to update us when they stated they would and many of our calls/emails went unanswered. They finally delivered our belongings 4-5 days later than the scheduled delivery date. They did not notify us of their plans until the morning of the delivery. Although they stated that they would be completing the delivery that afternoon, they failed to arrive until later that evening. Worst of all, one of the movers lifted an antique sideboard by a piece that was decorative, not structural, and broke it. NL Wilson has failed to take responsibility of the delayed delivery, poor communication, of damage to our personal belongings. This has resulted in a great deal of inconvenience and expense. Our attempts to resolve these issues have been met with extreme discourtesy and lack of professionalism. They have failed to send paperwork for proffered reimbursement of lodging and meals during the delay. They have refused to pay for repairs to the furniture that was damaged. Credit card information was required when the contract was signed and they paid themselves before completion of the job. Their response to our complaint is hardly worth mentioning. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had!
