Need a copy of my school transcript I lost mine in a fire and the school went out of business.
My name is Darlene Boykins I worked for you from 2000 to 2003 . I had a house fire and lost everything.
When I started work for you I gave you a copy of my school transcript. I got my GED and Business degree from that tree school.
They are no longer in business and I cant get a copy from anywhere. Im wondering if I can get a copy from your business if all possible I will be eternal grateful.

Resolved: I need a refund. Used my phone to pay but did not receive a ticket
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent complaint to NJ authority custom service.
Tapped my phone for a one way ticket $2.25 on Friday December 16/2023 at westside light rail between 8am and 9am. Did not receive a ticket or receipt but looked at my bank statement and noticed I was charged $2.25 cents

The bus 406 driver dont stop at bus station when customers waiting on the station. And l was happened to me twice in two days recently.
One was on 7/05 9:36am at the Station vine street at 11th Street, another on is 7/06 9:14pm at the station of Kings Highway! And l wrote two compilations letters to NJ transit already in different days ,but havent got any responses yet!

I booked tickets from West New York to Port Authority but I only booked one zone. Am I gonna have a problem with the new tickets?
Preferred solution: I just want an answer to my email. I ordered new tickets for the bus into Port Authority but I booked zone one instead of zone two well I have a problem with these new tickets.

Im tired of getting on the bus having drunk people on the bus disrespecting trying to fight people trying to get my pregnant girlfriend to come to them constantly being harassed by people on the bus not only me but also my pregnant girlfriend and your bus drivers dont do *** they dont kick them off they just let the *** go on and Im tired of it And I dont need my pregnant girlfriend feeling unsafe while using your guys services
No trains
I arrived at the station and ther werent any signs advising customers that there wouldnt be any trains on Sundays for the next few weeks! Terrible customer service!
Where's my husband's train?!?!?!

Refund
On 1/1/23 the light rail vending on 34th St in Bayonne double charged me for a monthly passed. I reached out to customer service, which by the way is absolutely terrible.
I was told the charge would drop off in 72 hours, it has been 96 hours.
I wonder how many others riders have not received their refunds in a timely manner or at all for that matter. Maybe the local politician and media should check into how much money NJ Transit has failed to give back to the riding public.

NJ Bus Nos. 119 never arrived at all on Nov 29, 2022 at 1:27am at JFK Blvd and Kensington Ave.
The next bus was not until 2 hours after. Therefore, I wasnt able to go to work and Im newly hired. I lost waqes.
The week before that was perfect. The bus came on schedule.

Make NJTransit IOS App available within European Apple Appstore
Hello, During my last visit in New Jersey (i’m coming from Germany) I was not able to use your app since the App Store told me that your app is not available in the European Apple App Store but only in the US one. I wanted to make use of your app, cause I wanted to buy the tickets with it.
My idea is that you make it possible that the app is also available in the European iOS App Store.
