SCAM/GC180XT TRIAL STARTS UPON ORDER!

ORDER PLACED 11/22/2014 I thought 14 day period started upon receipt, received product 12/01/2014. After using their site my email was locked out, but to make matters worse their 24/7 customer service is a farce. Niwali charge the debt card $89.99 12/07 even though this is not my account nor do I have authorization for account use. Fraud charges filed 12/08/2014, pending complaints filed w/consumer protection agency,FTC,US Postmaster,Better Business Bureaus (Florida). Tried to contact Niwali Returns by email guess what they are offline & will get back to me,to approve return require RMA# I have no product at present.

I emailed them with the email I received in my order confirmation and although I could not get a full refund, they did give me 50% back on each bottle and I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending them back. I am still beyond pissed that I'm still out half my money but it seems this is the best that I could get from them.

Charged $69.95 for "free" trial by Niwali

After filling out an online survey for Kohl's, I was given 3 products to chose from for filling out the survey, and was only asked to pay for shipping. I chose an oil from Niwali thinking this was indeed a free offer. After 14 days I received an email alerting me to a charge for $69.95. I had to pay for the shipping so that's how they got my credit card number. When I called, the rep said that this had been a 14-day trial, which was a surprise to me as well as the exorbitant price for the small bottle I received. They said they would refund it but I would have to pay again for shipping and wait several days for the refund. I am very upset that it was not made explicitly clear that this was only a trial--and the price was undisclosed until after I got charged.
