I purchased a set of four Nitto Terra Grappler G2's, less than a year ago, which were backed by a 65,000 mile warranty. Over the course of 11 months, two of the tires have experienced an insane amount of tread wear.
Spoke to their service reps about the 65,000 mile warranty and they said there's nothing they could do. Is this how you stand behind your product? As a long time Nitto customer, who was looking to buy even more Nitto tires, I'm incredibly displeased with not only the quality of this tire but the service I received from their claims department.
After continued inquires about warranty details and a few back and forth conversations via Facebook, Nitto is still not standing behind their product or offering to provide compensation in any form, let alone an apology. Extremely disappointed.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
