I spent so long grinding and supporting this game and my account got hacked, someone stole my password and now i'm tracking my main account someone stole on my alt account. I can't seem to contact Nitro Type about my issue and it seems like they won't help me out.

I got hacked
I got randomly hacked, and my username is corbanawesome and my old password was Wildflower360. Is there any possible way that you can get my account back and get some grinders on my team, because I had a lot of team races back then.
Pls help for more info, the person that gave me gold was tree retired. And I literally gave Berocca gold. I want my acc back pls.
I put a random photo, but tree gave me gold, and I gave berocca gold. I hope that is enough proof.

Banned my id for no reason which I worked on for years
Still not received, I tried the alternative monkey type. Now I won't be going back to Nitro type
I received an "Access Denied" error message with a cryptic code, suggesting that my IP address or network has been banned.
I can't even log in to find out why or appeal the ban. This is incredibly frustrating! I spent years developing my profile, customizing my cars, and building my reputation, only to be locked out with no notice or chance to fix whatever might have caused the issue.
It's not just the time and effort I've lostit's the complete lack of communication from NitroType that's infuriating. I've reached out to their support team, but I haven't gotten any helpful response.
How can they just ban players without warning or explanation? It feels like they don't care about their loyal users or the community they've built.
I'm beyond disappointed with NitroType's treatment of players, and I hope they take these reviews seriously and fix their approach.
Until then, I can't recommend this site to anyone. If they can ban someone for no reason, who's to say it won't happen to you?
