Was rescheduled and cannot get refund
We bought the family tickets in 2021 but the show was cancelled due to covid. It was rescheduled this year and we were ready to go.
There was a severe weather warning and the show was cancelled. It was rescheduled to the monday.
My kids go to school and both my partner and I work and were not able to get the monday off at short notice. We spent $400 on tickets and no one will reply to me about getting a refund.
