MY story has generated a lot of support from other Nitro boats owners all over the country on every Bass boat forum I have posted on with similar storys,,,,I will continue with my social media quest so everyone in the country will be made aware of treatment of myself a long time buyer of Nitro boats to the tune of 265,000 over the years,,,I will continue my quest every day until I reach every crack and crevice of the earth ,so anyone thinking of buying a Nitro boat reconsiders ,,,I was flat out done wrong !!!!!

Here is why you should never buy Nitro made boats, This boat is a 2020 Z21 Pro Series boat that cost 70k fully loaded, If I were to list all the problems I have had with this boat, there would not be enough room on this page to list it, so I am only going to list one the is very, very IMPORTANT to any Nitro bass boat owner or anyone considers buying one!! Earlier this year, I was having a Hydraulic Pump replaced on my Jack plate when the Mechanic to off my trim piece and notice a Monster Crack and separation on my transom. So I immediately took to my nearest Bass Pro Center which I will leave the name out because they did not have any say in the decision-making process of warrantying the boat,,,SO here the verdict,,,the warranty department DENIED my warranty claim because they said the aftermarket Transom saver I was using for the past 2 1/2 months caused the damage!!! That's right a aftermarket transom saver caused 9k in damage!!! Now keep in mind I contacted the manufacture of the aftermarket transom saver and told him of their claim, and he was in SHOCK!! Especially since this manufacture was in close contact with the Nitro Warranty department during the development of this aftermarket transom saver!!! This is the most obscured excuse I have ever heard of a Denial of Claim in my lifetime of owning Nitro boats for over 30 years, upgrading every 5.. So now the 9K will have to come out of my own pocket to fix the boat!!! Let me repeat, the Nitro Warranty Department DENIED my claim of over 9K in damage on my boat because of an aftermarket transom saver they are blaming that caused this damage!!! I know anyone reading this knows better than to believe a Transom savor being used for 2 months would cause this damage!!! Again I can't list every issue I have had because it's a long list,,,but I felt this was important enough to get out there for guys running aftermarket transom savers on theirs boats now!! Beware!!! I also am not giving the name brand of the aftermarket Transom saver, because I don't want to give them a bad reputation for something so Ludacris and to Nitro's Claims that their product damaged my boat!! NEVER BUY NITRO !!! Never

Trailers are junk

I bought my 2022 nitro z19. back in December. I love my boat but the trailers are absolute junk. Thing squeaks and screeches. Sound like the trailer is 50 years old. People are buying kits to quiet the trailers. I dont feel like you should have to buy a kit to quiet your brand new trailer. Completely unacceptable

Nitro trailers are junk

Bought my brand new 2022 nitro z 19 in December. The trailer squeaks and screeches like its 59 years old. People are buying these 280$ kits to put on the trailers because of the noises that its making. The trailer is 6 months old and shouldnt be making these noises. Totally unacceptable

Mine does the the exact same thing!! Super annoying and I keep thinking that one day something is going to break loose and fall off! I've already gone through TWO hubs and it's only a 2019.

Poor Quality Control, Worse Customer Service!

Brand new 2021 Nitro Z18-Absolute worst Quality control, if they even have anyone inspecting these boats before they leave the factory... Numerous issues of ineptness, bolts with nuts just threaded on and then left as if they forgot to finish the job of tightening. Missing nuts/washers all together. Issues with overall quality, cross threaded sensors in outboard engine block. Inoperable Speedo and water pressure gauges... Pitot water line left lose to spray water inside engine cover of outboard. Service departments ignore customers calls when it relates to problems/inoperable equipment. Corporate customer service representatives are horrible, rarely communicate even to their own dealerships/service departments. Takes weeks just to get responses and answers. Local Tracker Service center loses parts to customers boat, agrees to replace the parts, after customer agrees to pay shipping, then the customer gets ignored, no phone calls returned. Johnny Morris should be ashamed of himself. Out of touch with the customer, poor quality control, and poor communications.

Nitro customer service is horrible and have zero knowledge of their products. If they don’t know answer to your questions they will not refer you to someone that can answer your questions.

Cabala dealership is the worse I have ever seen.

They are totally clueless concerning the Nitro boats . They quote different prices on different days even though you have paid a down payment on a boat.

Bought the z9 new in '12. Loved it. Still do. But, excessive moisture and mold every spring when uncovered despite cleaning, DryBuckets etc. Service and repairs for corrosion, moisture etc. Two repairs on Nitro cover 'cause stitching rotted out. Yep. They all look at me like I don't know how to take care of a boat. Wife calls me a clean freak at times. Well, seems there was a water problem that's easy to miss if you have ever tried to look down into the amidships bilge through the garbage can hole. Can't see much.. can you. But there is a whole lot of boat under there that will hold water if... here it is... the factory forgets to remove the plug from the drain pipe that runs under the gas tank. You can see the pipe from the stern bilge area but not from up front. Had to stick my cell phone down there to take pics. Holds about 10-15 gals even if boat is tilted all the way up. so, of course I had moisture, mold and mildew and corrosion and... well, you get it every spring. Worse thing to do to a boat for 5 months. Still waiting for Tracker to get back to me. It's the holidays so cutting them some slack. I still like the boat, but the repairs for cover, electronics, mold, cleaning etc added up, not to mention that I had to diagnose the problem for them. Like my service guys. sales has been cooperative, but anything past Warranty dept so far is very disappointing.
