Bait and switch

My client purchased a 2017 vehicle from the dealer in Morrow GA. When she finished the paperwork they informed her that the vehicle she selected was damaged by an employee. They brought her another vehicle (same make, model, year) but it had over 500 miles and cosmetic damage (apparently driven by the dealership). They had already taken her trade and refused to reverse the sale or get her a new car as she requested. My client attempted to return the vehicle and the dealership manager refused to allow it to be returned. To add insult to injury, the left the new car information on the purchase documents and only changed the VIN to reflect the different vehicle.

Water pump leaks

I got my water pump an radiator on 08-12-2012 at nissan morrow of georgia,the warranty covered 1200 miles or one year witch ever came first at 13000 miles the pump started leaking it wasn't even a year,I don't it is fair for me to have to pay for the same repairs again.If i can't get this issue resolved i will no longer deal with nissan again in I will email every body about their services in not to take their vehicles their to get any services done.I have had my belts on my truck replaced at this service center before for loud squeaking noise and started squeaking again again about 2 months later.
