Deceptive business practices

They didn't disclose a time limit of 30 days to return my core to get my core return fee. Customer service line is absolutely terrible and the returns department does not respond to requests.

Terrible customer service. wrong parts.

I got some parts per vin number, and they were incorrect. Come to find out their catalog is incorrect, and these parts do not go to my vin number.

I triple checked the axle and vin number and it is all stock and matches the vin number of the vehicle. I even called my local dealership and they confirmed everything for me. Trying to contact this company is almost impossible. If you call the phone number you cannot talk to a real person and if you do, they just transfer you around to people or tell you to submit a form on their website.

once you submit a form on their website, they contact you within 4-6 business days and they contact you with a "no-reply" email. You can't respond to the email because it is a "no-reply", so you have to resubmit a form on their website which they respond within 4-6 days. I finally submitted an RMA request which they file as "no longer need" so they can charge me 20% restock fee and I pay shipping cost.

After everything I will be $120 dollars into this for the wrong parts because their system is faulty/incorrect. The worst company I have ever done business with hands down.

I ordered a few gaskets for my Nissan El Grand 3.5 AWD. Well, what a time-wasting fiasco ensued.

I was invoiced by FedEx Cross Border. Several days later, I received a tracking number from FedEx saying the parts had been delivered to an 'individual' in Saddle Brook, NJ. Not good when they were destined for the UK, duties and taxes charged at source. I had several conversations with nisssenpartsdeal.com via live chat service.

The last two operatives saying deal with FedEx and sending a link. Basically, you will be on your own with these people. In several emails to/from FedEx, the story changed threes times. Initially I was told FedEx had not received them at their warehouse, they then were chasing up nissanpartsdeal.com, then the order had been cancelled.

I am now waiting for a refund to be made back to my PayPal account. In contrast, I duplicated the order with megazip.com, just in case of issues, as I am waiting for these parts urgently, and received them without fuss from Japan. I also received a triplicate order of the same parts from a company on eBay USA, Coulter Parts Center. I have received them also.

It is therefore my opinion there are a few specialist companies considerably more professional, helpful and efficient than nissanpartdeal.com.

I cannot add photos as I have never received my parts from them! So I have added a photo of the tracking map and order confirmation so others can see my review is real unlike some 5-star reviews, I suspect, and seen advertised, by nissanpartsdeal.com

Its not clear on their site that they are nothing but a broker for the Nissan dealerships parts department. Save time.

Just visit your dealerships parts department in person.

Faster and much easier to return. Also I have never been asked to prepay for my orders at my local dealership.

Horrible customer service

I ordered parts based on their site part match; the items did not fit. I ordered last November, and I am still trying to complete my refund.

They have an outrageous restocking fee. Buyer Beware.

Time is money

I ordered a part to fix the vehicle i had recently purchased(different story). The transmition needed/needs replaced and or repaired. I had a transmission specialist mechanic work on my vehicle. I needed a new computer

Electronic part to as the finishing part of my repairs.

Part alone can cost 500-$1500

I spent $1000

The first one was incorrect and did not match my vehicle. It was sent back. This cost about a months time added to time i have not had vehicle. The second time a small part seems faulty. Because of this transmission must be taken apart again. The faulty part malfunctioned the newly rebuilt and repaired transmission parts.

Waiting on 3rdpart(second replacement) to be shipped back and forth. These inconveniences have cost my repair shop time and money. Not having my vehicle for additional months has cost me time and $$. Eventually i will get correct part or refund. Where is the consideration for my loss of time and or wages.

If possible use a brick and mortar location.
