Technitians lied, cheap a/c parts

My first complaint is the a/c blower resistor on my nissan sentra. A 4 year old vehcile with 77k miles, regular scheduled maintainence checks. The the ac blower goes out! Very disatisfied with this part going out . Nissan charges way too much for labor, parts , and their cars for something like the blower going out! Second issues. This month the service agent now tells me I need new brakes and my serpitine belt is now cracked to the point it needs to be replaced. The issue I have..just a month ago that same agent confirmed with one of those techs, that I had 50% brakes left and my belt is worn with no cracks. All of a sudden I'm in dire need of getting those 2 things fixed along with the air...I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED AT RIVERGATE NISSAN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND BUYING ANOTHER NISSAN!!
